If the exact item or terms change
Before placing a supplier order, LongCharger rechecks the exact variant, stock, current price, delivery timing, returns, and warranty terms. If the exact item is unavailable or supplier terms change materially, the customer may accept the revised terms or receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing
LongCharger initiates an approved full refund promptly. Stripe and the card issuer control when the refund appears on the original payment method.
After fulfillment
Return handling follows the final supplier order terms and any additional written agreement confirmed before fulfillment.
