What is included?
It is one UGREEN 65W 3-port GaN charger kit with two cable choices. Choose the blue straight 2m UGREEN 100W cable or the black angled 3m UGREEN 100W cable.
Will it charge my USB-C phone, tablet, or laptop?
It works with USB-C devices that support USB Power Delivery. Each connected device controls its own charging speed, so the 65W rating is available headroom rather than a promise that every device draws 65W.
How does checkout work?
Add the 2m kit or 3m kit to the cart, enter contact details, and continue to Stripe Checkout. After payment, LongCharger rechecks supplier stock, current price, shipping estimate, return terms, and warranty terms before fulfillment.
Does LongCharger collect card details?
No. Stripe Checkout handles card details. LongCharger stores the order details needed for supplier review and fulfillment.
What delivery details are needed?
The checkout form asks for contact details and delivery city. LongCharger uses the email or phone provided at checkout to collect the full shipping address only when the operator is ready to fulfill the paid order.
Is LongCharger affiliated with UGREEN or Lazada?
No. UGREEN and Lazada names identify the supplier listings used for manual fulfillment. LongCharger is an independent store.
What if the supplier listing changes?
If the exact item is unavailable or stock, price, delivery, return terms, or variant details change materially, the customer can accept the revised terms or receive a full refund to the original payment method. LongCharger initiates the refund promptly; Stripe and the card issuer control when it appears.
