We collect only what is needed to process the order.
Checkout data
The checkout form collects name, email or phone, delivery city, selected products, quantities, and notes so LongCharger can confirm the order and fulfill it. Stripe handles card details. LongCharger does not store card numbers.
Supplier fulfillment
Supplier stock is checked manually. When fulfillment is ready, LongCharger uses the checkout-provided email or phone to collect the full delivery address. The details needed to place the approved supplier order are shared with that supplier.
Storage
Orders and supplier packets are stored in a private local queue for operator review and kept only for operational and legal needs. Admin access requires a server-side token.

For a question or request about the data connected to an order, reply through the email or phone contact used at checkout so LongCharger can identify the order safely.
